Welcome to AI Video Factory. These terms are the agreement between you and us about using the service. Please read them before you start. Starting to use the service (including trying the free quota anonymously) means you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, stop using the service. We may update the terms as the product evolves.
2. The service
AI Video Factory provides AI video post-production. Core tools include AI caption generation, AI dubbing, AI multilingual caption translation, AI cover generation, and AI script / copy assist. The live feature set on Features is authoritative.
3. Accounts
You may try the free quota with an anonymous account, or register to manage orders and subscriptions. Free processing history stays in this browser; registration does not sync videos or history to the cloud. You are responsible for all activity under the account. If you suspect it was taken over, tell us immediately via Contact.
4. Plan benefits
Free gives each core tool its own 1 run / month. Plus is a paid subscription with unlimited runs and a dedicated space during the term. Details follow what is published on Pricing.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit video or audio that infringes others' copyright, likeness, or privacy;
- Do not use the service to create or spread illegal, obscene, or violent content;
- Do not attack or disrupt the service through technical means;
- Do not abuse the free quota via bulk sign-ups or similar misuse.
6. Intellectual property
You own the IP in footage you upload and in captions, dubbing, covers, and scripts you generate. Software, UI design, trademarks, and brand marks of AI Video Factory belong to us.
7. Changes and interruptions
We may temporarily interrupt the service for upgrades or maintenance, and will try to announce that on the site in advance.
8. Disclaimer
AI results can be wrong. Please proofread before you publish. The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant absolute accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using or being unable to use the service. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the service in the past 12 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are formed, performed, and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
